Engineering - We're Hiring - New
Enterprise Account Executive
Remote - Full
At Callin.io, we're building the voice AI infrastructure that powers the next generation of human-machine conversations. Our platform handles millions of conversation minutes, enabling businesses to deploy intelligent voice agents that feel genuinely natural. We're a small, senior team moving fast on hard problems — and we're looking for engineers who thrive in that environment.
As Enterprise Account Executive at Callin.io, you'll own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract - and you'll be doing it at the enterprise level, with Fortune 500 companies and complex, multi-stakeholder deals. This isn't a role where you hand off leads to someone else to close or wait for inbound to fill your pipeline.
You'll prospect, qualify, build relationships across buying committees, navigate procurement, and close six-figure deals with the autonomy and accountability that comes with true ownership.
You'll be selling a technical product in a category that's genuinely new. That means your ability to understand what callin.io does at a meaningful level — and translate that into business value for different audiences — will be just as important as your sales process. If you've thrived selling complex technical products to enterprise buyers and you're excited by the opportunity to define what enterprise voice AI sales looks like, this is the role for you.
Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and contract signature
Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across IT, operations, procurement, and the C-suite at Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts
Develop a deep understanding of callin.io's platform and the voice AI landscape, positioning our product compellingly against the alternatives
Collaborate with product and engineering to communicate customer needs and ensure technical requirements are understood and addressed during the sales process
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility in CRM, forecast reliably, and hit or exceed a $500K+ annual quota
Help shape the enterprise sales playbook — refining messaging, objection handling, and deal structures as we scale the go-to-market motion
5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a consistent track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Demonstrated quota achievement at $500K+ annually — we'll want to talk through the deals you're proud of and how you got there
Experience selling technical products, ideally in AI, SaaS, or developer infrastructure — you're comfortable in a room with technical buyers and can hold your own on product questions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — from cold outreach to boardroom presentation, you adapt your style to your audience without losing clarity
Sharp negotiation skills and comfort navigating procurement, legal review, and enterprise contract processes
A self-directed, structured approach to pipeline management — you know where every deal stands and why
Experience selling into contact center, telephony, or customer experience technology markets
Familiarity with voice AI, conversational AI, or the broader speech technology ecosystem
Background at an early-stage company where you helped build the sales motion, not just execute it
Existing relationships with enterprise buyers in industries with high voice AI potential — financial services, healthcare, retail, logistics
A category still being defined. Voice AI for the enterprise is early. The companies investing now are getting in before their competitors understand what's happening. You'll be the person opening those doors.
Real enterprise deals. Six-figure contracts, complex buying cycles, Fortune 500 logos — this is serious enterprise sales, not SMB volume dressed up with enterprise language.
Full ownership of the cycle. No SDR handing you warmed-up leads and no SE doing the hard technical work while you show up to close. You'll own the deal end to end, with support when you need it.
Competitive compensation. Base salary plus uncapped commission structure benchmarked to top enterprise AE roles, with significant upside as we scale.
Async-first, fully remote. Structure your days around your customers and your pipeline, not around office hours.
