What are the different pricing plans available?
We have a variety of pricing plans to suit different needs: Basic, Premium, Elite. For agencies that require more than 650 minutes, we offer custom pricing solutions, with per-minute rates going as low as $0.08.
If I exceed the minute quota provided by each plan, what will be the extra per-minute rate?
If you exceed your plan's quota, you can purchase additional minutes at a rate of $0.20 USD per minute.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we provide a 10 mins for free trial for all the plans, where all features of the tool can be tested. Simply sign up to get started.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We process payments through Stripe.
What kind of onboarding assistance do you offer?
We offer white-glove onboarding for Elite subscribers. This premium service includes dedicated 24-hour support, access to a private Slack channel, and a comprehensive setup process to ensure your tool is fully operational for a seamless start.
How do I get a phone number from you?
To start the free trial, you don't need a phone number. After the free-trial, you need to have a Twilio account. Please bring your account IDs, so you can purchase and get started with a number.
Can I access call transcripts and recordings?
Yes, call transcripts and recordings are available for retrieval.
Can the voice assistant act post-call?
We are currently developing new features where our AI voice assistant can perform after-call actions. For instance, it will be able to send Calendly.com links to users to schedule follow-up calls.
