Refund Policy

Applicability: This policy applies to online purchases of Callin.io Services from Callin.io only.
If you have a signed agreement with Callin.io, including an Order Form governed by the Callin.io Terms of Service, this Refund Policy does not apply, and you should refer to the cancellation and refund terms in your respective agreement/governing terms.
Cancellation requests
If you sign up for Callin.io Services on callin.io, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your User Account and submitting a cancellation request via the cancellation form. Please note that you must be logged into your User Account in order for a cancellation request to be received and processed; failure to do so, or failure to complete all required fields in the cancellation form, may result in the denial of your cancellation request.
During the Free Trial: You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period. Cancellation will take effect within 3 business days of receipt of your properly submitted cancellation request.
After the Free Trial: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription term. Please note that cancellations after the free trial do not release you from payment obligations for the active billing period.
We will confirm the cancellation of your subscription within 3 business days after receipt of your properly submitted cancellation request.
Refund requests
Callin.io does not offer refunds after the expiration of the free trial period if your account has been accessed and minutes have been used during the current subscription term.
Free Trial: As the trial period is free of charge, no refund is applicable.
Paid Subscriptions: Once your subscription transitions to a paid plan, if you use the Services in any way and/or consume any minutes, you will not be eligible for a refund for that billing period.
For clarity, if you cancel your subscription during an active billing period, you are not entitled to a refund of prepaid or committed amounts for that term, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent renewal for the following term.
How to request a cancellation or refund?
Submit your cancellation request through your User Account using the cancellation form.
If you wish to request a refund (only applicable if no account activity or minute usage occurred during the current billing period), you must explicitly state your refund request in the form’s comment field.
Refund requests must include your Callin.io account details, billing information (name, transaction ID, last 4 digits of the card associated with the account, billing date), email address, and other identity verification if requested.
Refund requests that do not meet the requirements outlined herein may be denied.
