CALLIN.IO TERMS OF SERVICE
By accepting these Terms of Service, the user enters into a legally binding agreement with MyVoiceBot Inc., a Florida corporation operating as Callin.io (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
RECORDING AND DATA USAGE
Call Recording: All incoming and outgoing calls made through Callin.io telephone numbers will be recorded. By accepting these terms, the user explicitly consents to the recording of all voice communications.
Data Usage: The recordings and collected data will be used for:
- Internal marketing purposes
- Improvement and delivery of our services
- Training our artificial intelligence systems
- Quality and performance analysis
Marketing: By accepting these terms, the user explicitly consents to being contacted for marketing purposes related to our services and products.
DATA PROTECTION
The collected data will not be sold to third parties for payment. However, it may be shared with our service providers (“Providers”) exclusively for the delivery of requested services, as specified in the complete Terms section.
ACCEPTANCE
By using our services or creating an account, the user fully accepts these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Callin.io may modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated via email to the last address provided. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
LEGAL PROVISIONS
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration, as detailed in the complete terms.
By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all the conditions described above regarding call recording and data usage for marketing purposes.
