As UI/UX Designer at Callin.io, you'll take on one of the hardest design challenges in tech: making complex AI voice systems feel simple, intuitive, and human. You'll own the end-to-end design process — from early research and concept sketches to polished, production-ready interfaces — and you'll be the voice in the room that keeps the user experience at the center of every product decision.


This isn't a role where design is called in at the end to make things pretty. You'll be involved from the earliest stages, shaping how features are conceived and not just how they look. Design intuitive interfaces for callin.io's dashboards, configuration tools, and customer-facing applications — translating complex AI functionality into experiences that feel effortless

  • Lead the full design process: user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI delivery

  • Build and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma that scales across the product and keeps the team moving fast

  • Work closely with product and engineering to ensure designs are feasible, well-implemented, and iterated on after launch

  • Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings into actionable improvements

  • Advocate for the user in roadmap discussions, bringing research and insight to product prioritization conversations

3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong B2B SaaS work — we'll want to see how you think, not just what you made

  • Deep proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, and collaborative design workflows

  • Experience building or contributing to design systems — you understand how to create consistency at scale without killing flexibility

  • A strong visual sensibility combined with rigorous UX thinking — you care as much about why something works as how it looks

  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to engineers, product managers, and stakeholders at all levels

  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving, async environment where you'll often need to define the brief as much as respond to it
